OCT Creators program terms

Who can join

• Anyone 18 or older (or of age where they live) with a One-click Teaching account can apply.
• We approve or reject each application at our discretion, looking at the audience, language, country, size, engagement and health of the account. We may ask for more information.
• Approval is for the social accounts you applied with. A video on another account does not count.
• You declare you have no active deal with a direct competitor of One-click Teaching and will tell us if that changes.

What a video needs

A video counts only if it meets every one of these rules. We check each video when you send in its link and may reject one that does not.

• It is original, posted after your approval, on an approved account, on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
• It shows One-click Teaching being used for real.
• It tags @oneclickteaching and names One-click Teaching (or OCT) out loud or on screen.
• It is disclosed as paid content, with the platform’s paid-partnership label or #ad / #publicidad, as advertising and consumer law requires.
• It makes no false or misleading claims about the product, its results or its prices.
• It shows a child’s face or name only with their parent’s or guardian’s consent, and never a child’s school, location or account data.
• It stays public for at least 60 days after posting.

Pay per view

• A video earns when it has at least 5,000 views 30 days after posting. It then earns US$1 every 500 views, counted from the first view.
• A video earns at most US$300, and a creator at most US$1,000 per calendar month for videos and bonuses together. Up to 4 videos per creator per month.
• Only organic views count. Views from ads, boosts or promotions you paid for, and views we believe are not genuine, do not count.
• At day 30 you send in the views with a screenshot of the video’s insights. We check it against the public counter and set the number that is paid.
• Each video keeps the terms in force when you sent it in. We may change the numbers for later videos, with notice on the program page.

Paid-user bonus

• People who sign up within 30 days of clicking your tracked link are credited to you, unless they signed up through another invitation first.
• When one of them buys a plan (Family, Starter or Pro), you earn 50% of that first payment, once. Token packs and later renewals do not count.
• The bonus becomes payable one month after that payment, and only if it was not refunded or charged back. Payments in pesos count at the exchange rate we use for prices.
• You cannot earn a bonus for your own account, or for accounts you control.

Payouts

• Cash payouts are made once a month by PayPal, Wise or Mercado Pago, once you are owed at least US$20 and we have your tax form (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN for everyone else).
• You can choose to be paid in One-click Teaching tokens instead: 5 tokens per US$1 earned, added to your account as soon as a video is counted or a bonus is payable, with no minimum. Tokens follow the terms of service; they cannot be changed back into money.
• You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn where you live. Fees your payment provider charges you are yours.
• If we pay you by mistake, or for a video or bonus later found not to qualify, we may deduct it from later payouts.

The Starter plan for creators

Approved creators get the Starter plan free for 3 months, with its monthly tokens, to use One-click Teaching like any other user. It is not payment for videos and does not depend on posting. When it ends, the account goes back to the free plan unless you choose a paid plan. An account already paying for a plan keeps it and gets no Starter months.

Your content and ours

• Your videos are yours. You give us the right to repost them, with credit to you, on One-click Teaching’s own accounts and website for 12 months after posting. Using them in paid ads needs a separate agreement.
• You may use the One-click Teaching name and logo only to talk about the product in your videos, and not in a way that suggests you speak for us.
• You are responsible for having the rights to everything in your video, including music and people who appear in it.

Fraud and removal

We may reject a video, cancel a bonus, or remove you from the program, with the reason, if you:

• buy views, followers or engagement, use bots or engagement pods, or inflate numbers in any way;
• send in someone else’s video, a reused video, or a screenshot that does not match the real numbers;
• break these terms or the terms of service, or harm the reputation of One-click Teaching.

Pausing and ending the program

• We may pause new applications or new videos at any time, for example when there are more creators than we can review or the month’s budget is spent. Videos already sent in keep counting.
• We may change or end the program with 30 days’ notice on the program page and by email. What you earned before the end is paid under these terms.
• You can leave the program at any time by writing to info@oneclickteaching.com. What you earned until then is paid, if it reaches the minimum within 6 months.

Relationship, law and contact

You take part as an independent creator, not as an employee, agent or partner of Xbuilders LLC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes go to the courts of New Castle County, Delaware, as in the terms of service, without prejudice to rights the law of your country gives you.
