In short

How can tutors use AI to prepare lessons?

Tutors and coaches use One-click Teaching to turn each student’s material (school books, handouts, PDFs or their own notes) into organized topics, practice tests and audio or video explainers. You keep a space for each student or one shared space for a group, and students open tests from a link without creating an account.

Less prep, more teaching

The work that used to eat your evenings, done from the material you already have.

  • Before

Each student brings a different book and level.

    Now

A space per student, each built from their own material.

  • Before

    Writing practice tests takes hours.

    Now

Pick topics and get a test in seconds, ready to print or send.

  • Before

    Students forget everything between sessions.

    Now

Send an explainer they can listen to, and question, at home.

  • Before

Families ask how their child is doing.

    Now

Progress topic by topic, and which tests are done.

How it works for tutors

Choose how you organize your students, then reuse the flow every week.

  1. Choose your setup

A space for each student, or one shared space for a group, with its age range and level.

  2. Add their material

Their school book, your handouts, PDFs, web pages or videos.

  3. Build the session

The topics to cover, a test to check them and an explainer for homework.

  4. Follow up

Mark progress and see which tests are done before the next session.

How a course comes togetherRobi · 0:48
Read the transcript

Hi, I'm Robi! A course takes four steps, in this order.

One: the repository. Upload documents, PDFs, web pages, images or videos, or write it yourself. It stays private.

Two: the knowledge base. One tap turns all of it into topics, in the order they're learned. You review it before saving.

Three: explainers. Pick a character, like me, to tell each topic in audio or video.

Four: tests. Make one on any topic, then open Tracking to see how each learner did.

Did the work? Share a copy with another parent or coach, and earn tokens when they use it.

Let's start: open the repository.

Monday: three students, three books

Mateo tutors maths for secondary school students. On Monday he has Ana (equations), Bruno (geometry) and a group of four preparing an entrance exam.

Ana and Bruno each have their own space with photos of their school books. The group shares one space, built from the exam syllabus and past papers.

Before each session he picks the topics, generates a test and prints it. For homework he sends an explainer link that students can ask questions to.

Before the next session he opens the follow-up: who finished the test, and which topics are still not mastered.

An example of how a tutor uses One-click Teaching.

Built for working with many learners

Each student, or each group, keeps their own courses and progress.

  • Spaces

A space per student or per group

Different books and paces stay apart. A group space has one profile with its age range and level.

  • Test

    Tests from their material

Multiple choice, true/false and open questions. Print them or share a link, with tries and a time limit.

  • Explain

    Explainers for homework

A character explains the topic in audio or video, and answers the student’s questions within the tokens you set aside.

  • Create

    Your materials, your method

Upload your own handouts or write with the AI-assisted helper. Edit every topic and question.

  • Follow

    Follow-up per student

Mark what each student has mastered and see which tests are done.

  • Share

    Share with colleagues

Send another tutor a copy of a course or test. They get their own editable copy, never your students.

Questions from tutors and coaches

How many students can I have?

The free plan covers one learner, Starter up to 50 learners in 5 spaces, and Pro up to 150 learners in 15 spaces. You choose a space per student or one shared space for a group.

Do my students need an account?

No. Students open tests and explainers from a link without logging in, or you print the test.

Can I give the same course to several students?

Yes. In a shared space, each course has an audience: you pick which of your students it is for.

Can I use my own materials and method?

Yes. Everything is built from what you upload or write, and you can edit every topic, question and explanation.

Do I pay per student?

No. Tokens pay for AI actions, such as 3 tokens for a test or 1 per PDF page read. Plans set how many learners you can have.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. The app is available in English and Spanish, and explainers can be made in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
