Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and One-click Teaching, run by Xbuilders LLC, a Delaware (United States) company, when you use oneclickteaching.com and app.oneclickteaching.com. By creating an account you accept them, together with the privacy policy.
Who can use it
You must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Learners use what an adult shares with them and do not create accounts.
If you use One-click Teaching for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what team members you invite do in your teaching spaces.
- Tell us at info@oneclickteaching.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Learners
You may add a learner only if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have the guardian’s permission. Add only the information you need to teach them.
Links to tests and explainers can be opened by anyone who has them. Share them only with your learners.
Your content
You keep all rights to the material you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it, and to send it to the providers listed in the privacy policy, only as needed to provide the service to you.
Add only material you have the right to use. School books and workbooks are usually protected by copyright: use them for teaching your own learners, and do not use One-click Teaching to republish or distribute them.
When you share a copy of a course or test with another adult, you confirm you may share what it contains. The other adult receives their own copy and may change it.
AI-generated material
Topics, tests, explanations and voices are generated by AI from your material. They can contain mistakes. Review what you share with learners; you can edit all of it. One-click Teaching supports your teaching and does not replace a teacher or professional advice.
Tokens
- Tokens are a prepaid credit used for AI actions in the app. The cost of each action is shown on the pricing page and may change; a change never affects actions already done.
- Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires it.
- Tokens from packs do not expire. Tokens from a plan that you have not used are kept when the plan renews.
- Tokens you earn (welcome tokens, invitations, first steps, shared courses, streaks) are a gift: we may change how they are earned, cap them, and they cannot pay for every action, such as lip-synced video.
- We may remove tokens obtained through fraud or abuse of the earning rules.
Plans and payments
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel: in US dollars through Stripe, or, in Argentina, in pesos through a Mercado Pago subscription.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then your account returns to the free plan; your content stays.
- Token packs are a single payment, through Stripe or, in Argentina, Mercado Pago in pesos.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your plan.
- Payments are not refunded once the tokens or the period have been used, except where the law requires it.
Right to withdraw (consumers in Argentina)
If you are a consumer in Argentina, you may withdraw from a purchase made online within 10 days of it, without giving a reason, with the withdrawal button in Settings → Billing in the app, the “Botón de arrepentimiento” link at the bottom of this website, or by writing to info@oneclickteaching.com. We refund what you paid, minus the tokens you have already used, valued at the price per token you paid.
Acceptable use
Do not use One-click Teaching to:
- add content that is illegal, harmful to minors, hateful, or that you have no right to use;
- add personal data of people without the right to do so;
- try to access other accounts, overload the service, or get around its limits and token costs;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
The service
We work to keep One-click Teaching available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features; if we remove one you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when possible.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you.
Closing your account
You can stop using One-click Teaching and ask us to delete your account at any time. Tokens left in a deleted account are lost.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes go to the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, without prejudice to the rights, and the courts, that consumer protection law in your country gives you.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change applies. Questions: info@oneclickteaching.com.
